Can I cancel free of charge?
Plans can change! You have free of charge the possibility to cancel your airport transfer 60min before departure. Otherwise we have to charge you 100% of the fare. For all other trips we ask you to cancel 24 hours before the pick up time.
How does the payment work?
You can either pay for your ride online in advance or pay the driver directly in cash on the day of the job.
What if my driver can't find me?
Our office is always available to answer your questions. The driver also has your contact details and can contact you in any case.
Is there a mileage allowance?
Our system will determine your ride and automatically calculate the amount for you. If you wish to have a longer ride, you can always contact us personally and we will prepare an individual offer for you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our experienced drivers will of course follow your flight and wait for you at the airport. If the flight is delayed more than 30min, we will charge the extra time.
